We only collect information you choose to give us directly. Depending on which part of the Site you use, that may include:

• Contact form: your full name, email address, subject, and message.
• Share Your Testimony form: your name (optional), email address, and the testimony you write.
• Prayer Request form: your first and last name, email address, your prayer request, and whether you’re comfortable having it shared anonymously with our Prayer Community.
• Join Prayer Community form: your name, email address, and any note you choose to add.
• Partner With Us form: your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, how you’d like to partner, whether you’re already part of the sisterhood, and whether you’re interested in volunteering.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address.

A note on how these forms work: online submissions are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to our designated inbox. FormSubmit may retain submissions for up to 30 days for delivery and recovery purposes. Information you send directly by phone, email, or in person is handled by our team without passing through that form service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use what you share with us only to:

• Respond to your message, question, or request;
• Pray over what you’ve shared with us, if you’ve sent a prayer request;
• Follow up on your interest in partnering, volunteering, or joining the sisterhood;
• Publish your testimony, but only if you’ve told us it’s okay to share it publicly;
• Let you know about upcoming gatherings and conferences, if you’ve signed up for updates.

We do not use your information for anything beyond what you gave it to us for. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use your information to target you with ads anywhere on or off this Site.

3. Prayer Requests & Testimonies: Handled With Care

This section exists because some of what you share with us is more personal than a typical web form, and it deserves to be treated that way.

If you send a prayer request, it is seen only by the women of this sisterhood who commit to praying over it. It is never posted publicly or used for any other purpose. Our prayer request form asks whether you’re comfortable having your request shared anonymously with our wider Prayer Community; if you say no, or leave it blank, your request stays private to our prayer team. If you say yes, it is still shared without your name attached.

If you share a testimony and mark it (or tell us) that it’s okay to share publicly, we may feature it on this website, in our social media, or in print materials because your story could give hope to someone else. You can ask us to take it down or stop sharing it at any time, for any reason, no explanation needed.

4. Cookies & Tracking

This website does not currently use cookies, analytics software, or advertising trackers of any kind. We don’t track which pages you visit, how long you stay, or where you came from. If that changes, such as if we add basic analytics to understand which pages are helpful, we will update this section first, before any tracking begins, so you always know what to expect.

5. How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable, sensible steps to keep the information you share with us safe from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. That said, no method of storing or transmitting information online is ever 100% secure, and we can’t promise perfect protection. We can promise to treat your information with the same care we’d want shown to our own.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason. We only ever share it with:

• The small team of trusted leaders within Strong Women International Ministries who need it to respond to you or pray over your request;
• FormSubmit, which processes website form submissions and forwards them to our designated inbox;
• Other service providers who help us operate this website and who are bound to keep your information confidential;
• Anyone else, only with your clear permission (like sharing your testimony publicly);
• Law enforcement or another authority, only if we are legally required to.

7. Links To Other Websites

This Site links to other websites, including our social media pages, for your convenience. We aren’t responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their own privacy policies before sharing information with them.

8. Children’s Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will remove it.

9. Your Rights & Choices

At any time, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we have on file for you;
• Correct anything that’s wrong or out of date;
• Delete your information from our records;
• Stop contacting you, for any reason, no explanation needed.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as this website grows or the services supporting our forms change.
